I’d like to introduce you to Lee Mendell, the Director of Tennis for the Brigantine Beach Community Education and Recreation Department in NJ and hosts our South New Jersey Official BTUSA Place 2 Play!!
Lee kicked off with a Beach Tennis Learn & Play Orientation Party on Sunday July 5th. Folks from New Jersey got learn the rules, see demonstrations and socialize with other beach tennis newbies!! Following the party, Brigantine will offer beach tennis “Meet and Play” programming on a regular basis and several Beach Tennis Tournaments though out the summer. Lee also told us there will be a six-week Fall league filled with fun and competition.
How does Lee feel about getting started with our Places 2 Play program? "After a long career in competition tennis and coaching, I am looking forward to introducing and developing the sport of Beach Tennis in the South Jersey area!!"
